EU funded People to People Programme for Media freedom and integrity organise workshop in Brussels

On 7 and 8 November, the People to People Programme Directorate General for Enlargement organized a multi-country consultation workshop in Brussels to improve the guiding principles of EU support to media integrity and media freedom in the period 2014-2020. Ms. Borka Rudic, Secretary General of the BiH Journalists’ Association was among the participants and shared her impressions about the event.

BiH needs to increase efforts in establishing structures for rural development

In the area of rural development, establishing a system of coordination, adoption and harmonization of laws and regulations, and the adoption of a national strategy are key issues on BiH's EU integration agenda.

EU helps reconstruction of architectural heritage in Stolac

On the occasion of completion of works on the reconstruction of selected structures of cultural and historical heritage within the project "ARCH- Stolac: Heritage as a bridge between communities, reconstruction of architectural heritage in Stolac - Renovation and development of the war- torn community," a ceremony was held in Stolac on 30 October.
This project was funded by the EU with 1.5 million Euros and is implemented by the FBiH Ministry of Culture and Sports. Four types of structures were reconstructed by the project: the Stolac old town, the bridges on the Bregava River, the mills on the Bregava River, and Saric House.
